We started Verba++ over 15 years ago, right after being downsized as a Production Manager for a major language services provider. With twin infants at home and a lot of determination, we decided to create our own small, home-based language agency — focusing entirely on English ↔ Italian translations to ensure high quality, specialized and flexible localization services to our clients on schedule, within budget, and with peculiar attention to details.

My husband specialized in corporate areas such as business, legal, medical, and software translation, but things evolved — more and more people began contacting us for help with translations needed for their Italian citizenship applications and now we specialize in citizenship documents as well.

Fueled by my own citizenship journey, we learned the details of each individual case, collaborated closely with citizenship lawyers in both Italy and the United States, and gained deep insight into the process. Through this growing expertise, we became a preferred vendor of the Italian Consulate in Philadelphia and are now authorized to provide translations for any Italian consulate worldwide.
